I got the chance to find out a lot about this little sea plant. From what I’ve read so far, it’s especially good for men. But I’ve started drinking it because it provided 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies need on a day to day bases. I’m gonna let you know, it doesn’t taste that good and the consistency is like snot; but it’s good for you and that’s all that matters. One thing I would suggest though, is to get it in it’s most natural form, so that you get all of the health benefits. I consumed my first cup, and it came in a can, peanut flavor and full of sugar. When I have the opportunity I’m gonna start making my own because I know that way, it’ll be healthier and I’ll know what’s in it.

Engaging in a fully plant based diet is in my opinion the healthiest way to go; but you have to also do what best suits you and your pallet. I understand, not everyone is going to partake in this life style. So whatever healthy looks like to you, do that. Don’t try to be like everyone else. You are your own person with your own thoughts and opinions, start listening to them. Another thing, if you want to go vegan, don’t do like I did and go cold turkey in the matter of a day. Instead of doing that, cut those unhealthy things out slowly so you won’t miss them as much when they’re gone.
Lastly, life could be so much more enjoyable when you’re feeding your body the right foods. Food is energy, it’s not only there to taste good. If what you’re consuming isn’t doing that, you need to revise your diet. Eating things that were grown instead of made i.e processed will provide you with all the energy, nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and ever other good thing that comes with eating the food that you were intended to eat.
